For those of you interested in People Analytics and who might have missed this report. The WDI is just fabulous, encouraging greater disclosure and transparency around workforce practices. The participant list is impressive too given this was the year 1 pilot study. What is great to see is that this goes beyond direct employees and workers - promoting responsible and ethical business right through the supply chain. Perhaps most importantly, this is Investor and Government backed - so has the potential to really get traction and change the game. Worth a read.
