Fascinating to note the industries that are the most profitable - and I'd also love to hear the conversations between respective Exec Teams - is this a number they are analysing against their direct competitors? (There are some standout differences if you take a look!) Personally I think this is one of the most critical metrics for HR to understand and leverage to secure investment in Employee Experience - ultmately driving long term, sustainable growth.
