This explains the key sources of people & workforce data, the 4 key types of analytics that can be applied (Descriptive, Diagnostic, Predictive & Prescriptive) - and most importantly how the data can be aggregated to drive stakeholder value and tangible business outcomes.
What's critical is the approach taken to combine relevant data sets (both from within HR and the wider business) that are designed to address specific business risk and opportunities. It's also critical to recognise unique organisational dynamics - what works in one organisation won't necessarily work in another!
