A 4 day working week??

I've been thinking about this one for a while and often wondered why 'normal full-time work' constitutes a 5 or 6 day week? Obviously not all roles and industries are the same - and businesses have to take into account their operational demands, but surely it makes sense if you want to attract and retain the best talent, that offering something as compelling as an extra 47 days off per year will be pretty compelling! Time is undoubtedly the world's most precious commodity - and our hope, via this research, is to give workers across the globe the opportunity to crowdsource their collective wisdom.

We are confident findings will compliment some of the already interesting studies in this field (the recent NZ case study, Gothenburg and the work of Eriksson) - so please take part, share with your network and let's all shout about the findings!

It's time for some business common sense. We work to live, not live to work.
